Milton has big turn out Friday for festival and more

Bands on the Blackwater

April 24 the skies parted and the rain moved out of the area to make for a big event day in the downtown area.

Scratch Ankle, Bands on the Blackwater, and the new Riverwalk Market gave the area residents plenty to see and do.

All three events combined drew over 5,000 people to the area with entertainment, food, fun, and other festivities.

The Riverwalk Market will continue until May 15, while Bands on the Blackwater still has several concerts to go.

Bands on the Blackwater is held every Friday night on South Willing St. starting at 7 p.m., with the summer concert season ending on June 26.
